Located on the upper level, Hunter pioneers a modern and elegant dining experience with a specialization on the game and wild-caught dishes. By presenting the best natural taste of the wild ingredients, Executive Chef Felipe is competent at utilizing various cooking skills and methods for different sources - “the key to doing game meat right is to treat them with respect, understand their flavor profile and prepare them with the correct technique”.
The Chase — 3/F
Downstairs, The Chase provides the ideal social destination in town with a more casual and eclectic space where is exquisitely suited for unwinding yourself from a glass of craft cocktail or wine from the comprehensive drink list, and sharing some American bistro bites with American artisanal cheeses with friends.

Located adjacent to The Chase, the spacious terrace garden is a sublime urban garden dressed in maroon and green with various lush plants where is as suited for after working libations as it is for corporate entertaining.
Innovative, creative and daring, Executive Chef Felipe Lopez, a California native, studied at the California School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu, and has worked at leading kitchens in Las Vegas, where he headed up the butchery programme. Chef Lopez moved to Hong Kong in 2012, where he continues his passion for refined butchery and grilling, as well as curing his own meats and experimenting with ingredients rarely seen in Hong Kong kitchens.
